$65 per 45min session + travel (one on one)

Bendy Crew
$20 per session | 45 Minute Class

Bendy Crew is a fun and supportive Pilates class designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and feel energised — all while moving with others who love to feel good, not just look good. We keep numbers small so you get personalised attention, with plenty of options to work to your level.

Bendy at Work
$120 per 45min Session
Break up the workday with a movement break that actually boosts energy and focus. Bendy Work is our corporate Pilates program that brings stress relief, strength, and connection to your team. Choose from mat-based sessions or short movement snacks designed to combat desk fatigue and support wellbeing at work.
